Through and to the point, leaves no loop hole and works closely and answers to calls instantly. Tremendous knowledge of the market and will educate you through the whole process. His work ethic is 10 on 10. Will line up everything from inspection to closing with complete satisfaction and will even work to find a suitable lender. He is on top of the game to seal a deal!

It's been wonderful experience working with Mr. Philip. He was always available to answer our questions and willing to go above and beyond to help us. We were getting a second home and did it all online. It would have been difficulty if it was not for Mr. Philip and his services. He made us feel comfortable and did all the background work for us. We approached Philip to buy our first home. He is very knowledgeable and helped us through the entire process. He understood our needs and found a wonderful house, which we eventually bought. He even educated us on things we should do after the purchase was done.
