Philip must have shown us 100 houses on our search for a new home, he stayed patient with us throughout the entire process. We had very finite requirements and while he always found us good homes to view he made sure that our decision was based on something we loved vice pushing us to purchase something we weren’t completely comfortable with. Finally, he not only found our perfect family home but helped us negotiate the price so it was in our range. His friendly demeanor towards his clients makes you feel confident that when you make that choice, that it’s the correct home for your family. I would recommend Philip 100% to buy and sell your home as he not only helped us buy our new house but helped us sell our old one! Philip is an amazing realtor! He is very down to earth and easy to talk to. We were first time homebuyers and he will be our second time realtor when the time comes! Even in this crazy market he made every effort to bring bring us to every house we wanted to see and would even schedule tours along the way he thought we might like! 100% would recommend Philip if you are looking for a realtor!

Philip gave great advice on how to prepare the home for buyers and he was on the mark and my home was quickly approached by serious buyers. The house sold in very good order and at the price point he suggested, which was higher than I thought. Mr. Senkus was always available for me.
