I have lived here, and been in the real estate market since 1987.
During that time, I have financed many home and business construction projects, bought and sold numerous properties, represented Buyers and Sellers, and built over 25 homes of my own.
I have consistently been in the top 10% of sales in the local marketplace.
I have owned and sold 3 real estate companies, and now enjoy the less pressure of not operating a real estate company, just working on behalf of my clients, and myself.
