Philip Watts

Philip Watts graduated from Arizona State University's Business College with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. In addition, Philip expanded his real estate knowledge taking architecture and landscape design classes while attending ASU. Philip has over twenty-five years experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales, management and twenty years as the designated broker overseeing real estate brokerages. Philip, with commercial brokerages has managed a portfolio of properties including office, medical, and retail, industrial and office condominium associations. These properties has totaled over 1,000,000 square feet which included office complexes as large as 80,000 square feet and retail as small as 5,000 square feet. Prior to this Philip had been in commercial real estate since 1994 managing multi-family residential and commercial properties for individual owners. Philip worked closely with these owners in improving properties by value adding. Prior to returning to ASU in 1995 Philip had over fifteen-years in Business Management which included over site of local branches of national corporations, maintaining budgets which in some cases exceeded one million dollars annually. In addition, Philip operated small businesses and real estate ownership from 1975 and throughout 1980's.
