I’m Phillip Boshears, a former registered nurse and real estate specialist with a genuine passion for helping people. Before working in real estate and serving clients around the Norris Lake area, I spent several years as a Registered Nurse in local hospitals, where I was responsible for providing exceptional care to sick patients. Despite my successful career in the medical field, I’ve always had a passion for real estate and recently decided to branch out and obtain my real estate license, officially becoming a realtor in 2021. While I’m a newer agent, I’m not new to the world of real estate and have spent the past decade buying, flipping, and renting both single and multi-family units. I’m also the proud owner of several vacation rentals in and around the Norris Lake area.
Born and raised in East Tennessee on Norris Lake, I know the area like the back of my hand and love everything about it. I’ve even held the position of General Manager for one of the local marinas in the past, getting to know many of the locals. Because I live in and am from the different areas I work as an agent, I use my experience, knowledge, and natural love of these beautiful places to confidently help my clients find the home of their dreams by the lakeside. Known as someone who is always up for a challenge, I enjoy working with all kinds of clients, regardless of their specific budgets. From first-time homebuyers to people investing in vacation properties, rental properties, or those ready to move to the area from anywhere else, my goal is to discover hidden gems and help clients find properties that immediately make them feel right at home.
As a realtor for Alco Builders & Realty Co, I regularly use my experience in the real estate industry to my advantage while working closely with clients to understand their wants and needs. Although I’ve learned a lot from dabbling in real estate for the past ten years, I’ve also gained valuable real estate knowledge from my mother and best friend, both of whom have worked in the industry as realtors for years and assisted in guiding me on this incredible journey. Often recognized for my passion and drive, I’m the kind of person who puts my all into everything I do. I consider myself a problem-solver able to overcome any obstacle thrown my way. My ability to connect with people and communicate effectively makes it easier to help people with their real estate needs.
When I’m not assisting my clients with buying and selling, you’ll likely find me roaming around outdoors and having the time of my life near the water. Feeling blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the country, I never take it for granted and spend more time outside than I do indoors. My summers typically consist of hanging out by the lake, swimming, wake surfing, hiking, and marina hopping. I’m also a fan of flipping houses and love taking on some of the most complex projects to transform those properties into extraordinary homes.
