I specialize in new home sales, REO (Foreclosure) sales (can handle lockouts on request), tax-deferred exchange sales, and other investment property opportunities. I hold an MLO endorsement and offer real estate financing; we also service loans. I handle sales, conventional loans, VA loans, and USDA loans, approved with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac automated underwriting systems, and we also work with private money Investors.
