This was my first time buying a home and Phillip was very helpful every step of the way. Any time I had questions or just wasn’t sure about the whole process Phillip was there with answers and when he didn’t have the answer he made sure to find out for me. I was able to express to Phillip what it was I was looking for and in what areas. He was patient and I never felt rushed in making a decision. Phillip Owens made finding my home the easiest/smoothest process ever. If I didn’t like something he was on top of it and never forced me to agree to anything I didn’t like. Always agreed to see property that he knew before arrival wasn’t picture perfect. Never complained and was very transparent. Really worked hard on finding the perfect home for me and my family. He will go above and beyond to get the job done. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Great guy who does great work. I would 100% recommend him as your realtor.

Phil Owens was our realtor from January until we closed July 2021. Phil stuck with us through it all, from beginning to end. He was very patient with me during my frustration times. He listened and knew exactly what we was looking for in a house and every house that he sent to us was right on point.
