Phoebe Nikolakakis

With more than 15 years of real estate experience Phoebe is known for her deep passion for real estate and her unwavering commitment to exceptional service. After serving for six years as a Broker-in-Charge – where she supported more than 200 agents, provided expert contract and transaction guidance and reviewed around 20 documents daily, she returned to general brokerage to focus on what she loves most: helping clients navigate their homeownership journey with confidence and clarity.

Phoebe also served as Vice Chair of the Hawai‘i Association of REALTORS® Standard Forms Committee, where she played an essential role in revising and developing the state’s library of real estate contracts.

Before stepping into her BIC role, Phoebe built a distinguished sales career—successfully closing an average of 12 transactions per year. Her professional foundation includes more than two decades as a Human Resource Executive in Hawai‘i and San Francisco, where she refined her strengths in communication, negotiation, and organizational leadership.

Originally from California, Phoebe has called Kane‘ohe home for the past 25 years. She holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Certificate in Human Resources from the University of California, Berkeley.

Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, snorkeling, swimming, and longboarding along the south shore of O‘ahu—fully
