Phu was born in Monterey Park, California, and spent most of his childhood in the Inland Empire. After earning a degree in political science from Wesleyan University, Phu worked in various roles in marketing, business development, and operations. He obtained his California real estate license in 2017 and began a full-time career in the field. A lifelong learner, Phu later obtained his Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification to best represent his clients.

Phu’s business is built on core values of honesty and service. He believes his job is to provide clients with the information they need to make informed decisions. His liberal arts education developed the effective communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills that are crucial to every successful real estate deal, and he strives to deliver superior experiences to each of his clients.

Real estate is not the only part of Phu’s life in which he helps others. He also volunteers in his local community. A major fan of theater and film, he regularly volunteers for the East West Players Theater in Little Tokyo. He is a regular blood donor and served as the charter president of the Diamond Bar Young Professionals Kiwanis Club. In his free time, Phu enjoys hiking, biking, attending concerts, playing board games, personal training, and participating in doubles tennis.
