Phyllis Collins

Phyllis Collins has never settled for second best and her work and accomplishments stand behind that!

Mrs. Collins attended the University of Tennessee and after leaving she started a career in retail in Atlanta as a buyer for a major department store. She excelled in this career but knew that there were greater things she was meant to accomplish. Phyllis came to Venice Florida where she owned and operated her own construction company. She was one of the first female builders in Florida. In 1989 Phyllis decided to take on a new adventure in the Winter Haven area and began a career in real estate sales; she would eventually come to partner with Village Realty in 1993 as an expert in her field. Phyllis has served in various capacities at the East Polk County Association of Realtors and is licensed as a broker-associate.

Phyllis is known in the community as a not only a top performing sales person and consummate professional, but also a friendly face that you know you can trust. She continues to work with buyers and sellers including many of our investors and helps them to identify good investment properties when it is time to buy or sell them when they are ready to move into another investment.
