In our quest for a property in the warm climate of the Californian desert to escape the Canadian winter, a friend recommended Phyllis Cyphers to help us find that special place. Phyllis goes over and above her responsibilities. It is stressful selling a home but doing if from another country 1000 miles away is very difficult. She explain the process to ensure we understood how the sale would go through and that we could do most of the signing on line. Phyllis takes care of the smallest of details by returning items to Time Warner to returning the garbage and recycle bins to the Waste Management company. When ever I called your email Phyllis she responded within an hour. She even assisted with getting a moving company to move the furniture across the country. The day they came she over saw the packing of my belongs even by calling me many times throughout the day to ask if some of the outside items could stay. Which I agreed that I would not need them in Canada. I would recommend Phyllis to any buyer or seller Thank YOU Phyllis for a great job! pchris canada

We met Phyllis at a home in Palm Desert, liked her & after a few days asked her to act as our agent in our effort to buy a house. She was incredibly efficient in identifying homes we might like and incredibly effective once we decided to make an offer on one. She handled the details of home buying to smooth the way for us & get things done in a timely manner. She was easy to work with and very helpful with her great amount of local knowledge. We are from Virginia so the market in this part of California was all new to us. She introduced us to a mortgage broker to help us get the financing organized. She did a great job for us. Always on top of the process. Signing of the papers using docusign was a dream. We just did what she told us to do and it worked out perfectly. The sellers got 3 offers on the same day. Ours was not the highest but Phyllis got them to accept it. During the closing process the sellers were trying to back out and take an offer for $13,000 more. Phyllis kept us on track for closing, meeting every deadline so the sellers could not back out. End result is we got a condo in Palm Desert with an instant $17,000 in equity. She also walked the entire inspection process through herself. We don't live in Palm Desert so she negotiated all repairs with sellers. She even had the contractors to fix what sellers would not for a very reasonable price. Basically we did nothing but sign the papers electronically and wire money for closing.Thanks Phyllis TSanchez
