About Pierre

Pierre grew up in South Africa. After graduating from college, Pierre went to work for a property developer. First in sales, then later project management and financing. After completing an MBA with Thames Valley University in London, he moved to Philadelphia and went to work in mortgage banking and later in commercial and business financing. He married Beth, a textile designer and had a son, Peter. Beth teaches fashion design at Art Institute and Peter is in Tega Cay Elementary.

I could not decide on what type of property to buy. Luckily I met Pierre and he sent me a bit of everything. We also went to look at a lot of places until I was sure what I wanted. Security was also a very big concern and Pierre referred me to websites to search the neighborhoods and schools. He knows the Charlotte area very well and he also has a team of people he referred to help with the rest. The lender her referred me to turned out to give me the best rate I could find. I will recommend Pierre Maree is a very good realtor.

I planned to buy a house and was looking for a place that is still new. When I met Pierre Maree he suggested that we go and visit new developments as those are obviously as new as you can get. It was a great experience because I had Pierre giving me advice and taking me to see all the new places and I had the agents on site that were showing me each place. Pierre knows Charlotte and all the new areas so he was very helpful in guiding me. I am ready to sign for a new place but will only move in next year. I can't wait for the day I am moving in.

Pierre has a way to make us feel that he enjoys talking and working with us. It was so nice to deal with a realtor that is not to busy to talk to us or to take us around. He is very pleasant to deal with and he also knows just about everything in his business. He had very good advice and he referred us to the best people to work with. We had a problem with our lender and he sorted it out before we even realized what the problem was. We will recommend him to any one that is a bit nervous about buying their first house. It was a very good experience over all.
