Purchasing a new construction during the pandemic, from across the country, was a bit of an experience. Fortunately, we chose Pontus as our partner in this adventure, and it made everything so much better.

Whether it was going out and showing us lots over Zoom calls, answering any questions about the process, or just chatting about how we were doing, Pontus did it all with courtesy, timeliness, and respect.

I look forward to working with him again in the future!

Pontus and I met by accident. I thought I was communicating with my then realtor. But it was Pontus who was more responsive to me than my own realtor was. So definitely I signed with Pontus and that was one on the best decision I’ve made in recent time. He is knowledgeable, professional and goes above and beyond his role as a realtor for his clients. You can’t go wrong with this guy.

My fiancée and I just bought our first home with Pontus and we simply cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond to make sure we were able to find a home that was right for us. One of the best things about working with Pontus was how great he was at working around our schedule. Many times we would find a house that we liked and he would find a way to accommodate a showing the same evening. Whenever we had questions he was very responsive and always kept us updated as things evolved. Being first time home buyers in this market can be frustrating at times and Pontus did a great job at highlighting the positives, despite the situation, to keep us from getting too discouraged. He is very professional, super friendly, and is always willing to go the extra mile. You can tell that helping people find homes is his passion and not just his job. We truly could not have asked for a better first home buying experience

Pontus was great to work with on my home purchase. He was very responsive and supportive in finding the best home that met my needs. He helped me work through some difficult situations, especially since I lived out of the area where I was looking to buy a new home. He also worked with me over video calls to look at homes and information together, which worked out great. I would highly recommend him, and would use him again for a future home purchase or sale.

I cant recommend Pontus enough. Prior to working with him, I did not have a positive opinion of realtors based on several experiences. He finessed a ridiculous and tedious situation that took place in the selling of my home in the middle of a messy divorce and managed to earn all my respect.

Pontus is outstanding!
Only realitor I'll recommend.

I started searching for a house and I called a couple  Realitors and Pontus is the one who came with through for me and was always on top of things!

I talk to about 4 different real estate agencies, they they seem to be in it just for the money. NOT Pontus!

He is the one who showed that he cared the most for what my needs were and he helped me achieve my to find my dream home!

He is very kind friendly and personable. You can sense he has empathy and he was was willing to go out of his way to help me.

I thank you Pontus for all you have done, I am very grateful!!!

You won't find a better realtor in RTP! Pontus will exceed your expectations in helping you sell and/or buy a home, making the process a lot easier. His experience in real estate investments will also help you find not only your dream home but also a good investment. While in the process of finding a new home, we looked at more houses than any realtor would have been willing to show, based on my past experience. His experience and knowledge was so exceptional that even my boyfriend decided to find his own home. My interaction with Pontus led to 3 transactions (purchase of a new home for my brother, boyfriend, and sale of my home).
