Based out of the Palo Alto office, Poonam focuses on serving buyers and sellers in the Peninsula and South Bay areas.
Born and raised in India, but having lived and worked in the Bay Area for most part of the last twenty eight years, Poonam understands the unique nature of the local real estate market, and the culturally diverse and accomplished workforce here. Starting with a clear understanding of her clients’ needs and armed with market insight, responsiveness and integrity, she attempts to simplify the real-estate transaction process and help her clients navigate it with ease.
Poonam’s journey into real estate began in marketing and program management. After earning her engineering and management degrees, she spent ten years in various marketing and product management roles for consumer and Internet-centric software products. She then took several years off to focus on her young family. Poonam has always enjoyed connecting with people over common ideas and interests, sharing her expertise to help resolve problems and thereby building relationships that last. She has a warm, engaging personality that balances the analytical with the creative, making real estate a natural choice for a second career.
When not working, you will find Poonam charcoal-sketching a portrait, tending to her backyard garden or walking the diverse neighborhoods of Palo Alto.
