Super professional and detail oriented. When it comes to buying/selling home, I don't think you will get anyone better than Prasad as your real estate agent. He is super organized and thorough when vetting a property. He will point out things that we had missed and also provide his guidance about potential options about any issue with the property. He never pushed us to buy a house that we didn't want and was always a phone call away when we had any query. First and foremost thing about Prasad, he is very professional, detail oriented, flexible and very friendly.
This was our first house hunt. He gave good tips and guides on how to proceed and what important things we need to look for and how to prepare ourselves while looking for a house and financially.
When we initially started looking for a house, we were not looking very aggressively and he adjusted to our needs. During the covid period he was very careful, followed the process, guideline, and made us comfortable and safe when we visited the house. He kept a nice balance while giving his recommendation and highlighting the points about the house. Not putting any pressure, giving us the freedom to decide, at the same time surfacing important things, pros and cons.
We were looking for a house in Fremont, Prasad was well aware and knowledgeable about the area and schools, which helped us on deciding the neighborhoods to look for.
Few of our offers were not taken initially, he pointed out that we need to be more aggressive and broaden our search, we did that and finally we got our first dream house. It was perfect and everyone in the family liked it and we moved in.
He continuously kept in contact, even now. He was always there to help with important contacts for getting things done at the house. He has a good network of contractors, who are experienced and expert. Just give a call for anything, he would have a list of contacts ready.

Prasad helped us find our first home. We tried a few agents before we stumbled upon Prasad's profile. Prasad was super easy and helpful to work with. He always comes across as a very knowledgeable person. He has a very deep understanding of the home buying process and bay area real estate market in general. He surveyed our home, suggested improvements to make it ready for selling. He worked with a professional for beautiful pictures of our home, drone footage, 3D walkthrough and virtual Zillow Tour and made sure our home looked pristine and attractive to potential buyers. We had extremely positive experience working with Prasad. He was recommended by a mutual friend. During the first visit, he explained the process in detail in a constructive session, answering our simple and complicated queries. We had extremely positive experience working with Prasad. We chose him looking at online reviews. As a first time buyer we had many question, fears and wrong views about home buying. Prasad patiently noted down all the concerns and by explaining them, sending articles and lending books.

Sometimes we demanded to look at houses which were not in our price range. But Prasad was always there for us to see houses with us. He looked at the property carefully finding minute details like fungus at the corner or tile mis-alignments etc.

Prasad worked with us even late nights working on offer letter, getting us approval letter from banks. He has many connections like termite inspectors, cleaners, movers who got us good rate.

I highly recommend working with Prasad if you are looking to buy house
