Qiana Walker

Qiana Walker has been a licensed realtor in Maryland since 2017. She is currently an Agent at Fathom Realty, based in Odenton, MD and is a team member of The Elite Neighbor-HOOD Team, LLC. She has represented many clients in Southern Prince George’s County. Qiana has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first. She also specializes in Military relocation and has obtained her Military Relocation Professional Certificate (MRP.) and most recently has received a certificate for Short Sale & Foreclosure Resources (SFR). She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Prince George’s County Association of Realtors (PGCAR), Maryland Association Realtors (MAR) and Metropolitan Regional Information Services (MRIS).

Born and raised in Fort Washington, MD, Qiana is a graduate of the Prince George’s County Public school system. After graduating high school, she attended Prince George’s Community College where she earned an Associates Degree in Mass Communication.

For the past 24 years, Qiana has worked as an Office Manager for a political consulting organization in Washington, DC. Holding the position as Office Manager has taught her how to be patient with others, communicate effectively with others, and to always listen with understanding. These traits have set the foundation of her being an attentive and caring Real Estate Agent.
