I’ve held these words close throughout my journey, especially when life seemed an uphill battle. As a single mother, I faced challenges that felt insurmountable, but quitting was never an option. Instead, I used adversity as a ladder, with each obstacle becoming a step toward creating generational wealth for my family. Real estate became more than a career; it became a legacy I could pass down.
With over 20 years in the industry, I’ve built a reputation across Maryland and Virginia based on honesty, integrity, determination, and dedication—values that shaped my life and business. These principles have enabled me to impact my clients’ financial success profoundly, helping them turn dreams into realities.
In September 2023, alongside Priyadarshini Persand-Manning, I co-founded Beyond the Barracks to give back to those who have given so much. With a son serving in the U. S. Military, helping service members transition or relocate holds a special place in my heart. We support military service members relocating nationwide or transitioning back to civilian life. This work goes beyond real estate; it’s about giving our heroes a place where they feel seen, valued, and truly at home. It’s a deep privilege to help them lay foundations for their dreams and create lasting memories beyond the barracks.
