Raana a name that I never forget if I want to sell my property or if I want to buy any property. Recently I was planning to buy a property in an area that I liked, Raana Jamshide was the agent that introduced to me by one of my friend. After discussion with her she find out what I like about the property.
She researched for while and showed few houses one of them was exactly what I was looking for she explained all the possible information about it then
Raana negotiated with the seller agent and I bought the property with a good price.
Raana was very helpful, she is very gentle very calm meanwhile very active. She will be my real state agent for any real state transaction if I have.

We worked with Raana for several months to buy a home in San Diego.

Compared to other agents who were pushy when touring homes, Raana gave us the time and space to evaluate a home. She has several decades of experience with the San Diego market and that came in handy during our search. She is very detailed oriented and caught several things we had missed, ex: unredacted account numbers in proof of funds statements.

Most importantly, Raana is ethical and trustworthy, and we valued that a lot since a home purchase is a massive financial undertaking.

We had the pleasure of working with Raana Jamshide when we moved to San Diego from Colorado. She not only helped us find a perfect home in San Diego but also ensured a smooth home buying process during the very challenging pandemic times.

She is proficient, dependable and easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and no wonder she has earned Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the highest credential of her field which only few agents achieve.

For us having an agent who will not put pressure on you was very important and Raana proved to be very patient in her working and gave us all the space needed to make a decision. She guided us every step of the way during the whole process and was always available to answer any queries.

She is a true professional to the core and helped us in the negotiation, inspection and mortgage process. Her vast experience in the industry helped us to deal with an unreasonable seller agent and made sure the transaction was done fairly.

Raana worked really hard to find us our dream home. She quickly became a friend in a new city and offered help beyond her prescribed duties. I highly highly recommend her and actually have already done it to a couple of friends and family members.
