We can't say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Rachael Hadidsaz. From the moment we started our home search while still living in New Jersey, she made the entire process of finding and building a home in Murfreesboro so smooth and stress-free. She took the time to walk us through every neighborhood virtually, giving us a real feel for the community, even from miles away.

When we decided to build, Rachael was with us every step of the way. Since we couldn’t be on-site ourselves, she consistently communicated with the builders on our behalf, making sure our preferences and needs were met. Whether it was about design choices or specific details we wanted to adjust, she was our voice on the ground. Her consistent updates—through videos and pictures—made us feel connected to the process, even from afar.

As first-time homebuyers, we had countless questions, and Rachael answered every one of them with such patience and kindness. She made us feel confident and supported throughout the entire journey, from the initial search all the way to closing.

We are incredibly thankful to have had such a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated agent by our side. We would highly recommend Rachael to anyone looking to buy a home!

What can I say about Ms. Hadidsaz? She's amazing! She takes the time to do things right and thoroughly. She goes out of her way to make sure that she views the house, even if you don't have time or are moving from out of the area. She was a positive, thoughtful, understanding person who lifted me up when I was feeling discouraged. She was patient with me, as a first time home buyer. She pointed out things I wouldn't have thought of. She was on-call basically all the time. I will 100% be recommending her to all of my friends and would partner with her again in a heart beat. I really cannot say enough good things about her. ❤️

After months of searching for homes on our own, I came across Rachael’s YouTube videos and instantly felt drawn to her. In this fluctuating market, I knew we needed someone with experience and resilience to help represent us. Sadly, we had one or two not so good experiences with other realtors that left a bad taste. We were tired of the deception and sugar coating. When it came to Rachael, she was up front and realistic. Rachael did not deter from our needs when it came to finding us potential homes. I always felt like she had our best interest in mind and advocated for us in ways we wouldn’t even think. We are so happy we utilized Rachael for selling and buying our new home. She made sure to go ABOVE and beyond to help us get top dollar for our house. We have no ounce of regret for choosing the route we did and especially with Rachael’s help. Rachael went above and beyond for us! My husband and I fell in love with Murfreesboro and surrounding areas, she knew the area very well. We are originally from Oregon and house shopped from Oregon, with that being said she was very prompt about scheduling showings, filming properties for us to view, and being honest about how she felt each property looked. We felt like we could trust her opinion if a house was worth flying down and seeing in person. She always responded so fast to emails, texts, and phone calls. We felt like she truly cared about us and that we had her full attention. She was able to write up a creative winning offer in the house we're in now while managing to avoid any competition. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Rachael as we transition into our Tennessee home. Being new to the area, it was so nice to have someone local and knowledgeable to guide us in our decision. Rachael was a fantastic communicator and was willing to drive all over west Tennessee for us until we found the perfect place. Our home buying process was so smooth and without hitch. Working with Rachael was great. I was an out of town buyer and Rachael helped me identify the perfect property. She was able to help me get the place I wanted even though there were like a dozen other offers! She knows this area and works with great lenders. House hunting from out of town can be a challenge, but Rachael checked the place out and did a video tour. Everything worked out great. Highly recommended!

We can't say enough great things about Rachael. We moved from out of state, were on a tight timeline to close and move in before starting our new jobs, and Rachael went to work! We were able to go from looking, to contract, to close in only a month and two days (yes, even in this crazy seller's market)! Rachael truly acted as OUR agent and listened to our needs and provided us guidance in finding and getting the perfect home for us. She's got the hustle and moxie a buyer's agent needs in today's market. She's a great asset to have for anyone looking to buy a home in the Murfreesboro area.

Honestly I can't say enough good things about Racheal. I was searching for a home from out of state and she made everything as seamless as it could possibly be. With me not being able to be in the state through most of the process she has gone out of her way and done far more then what is in a realtors job description to make everything work for me. If you are looking. For a realtor in the middle TN are be it you are out of state or in it use Racheal,you will not regret it!
