Rachael is the best! She's extremely professional, knows a ton about the market, and made the rental process so easy. Her attention to detail is phenomenal and she was always quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommend!

I have been working with Rachael for almost 10 years and many transactions

She is spot on detailed, affable, and a remarkable person

For RE she is nothing less than superlative; takes calls, talks, listens, solves problems, has a rolodex deeper then most people realize--which helps in a pinch--she's great if you're looking and even better for a listing, she doesn't hesitate to spend more time then necessary on any detail or do any type of leg work to get the job done. She also has an incredible memory and can pick recall the smallest of details and has a firm grasp of the law, the market which is a trifecta that not very few people possess.

DId I mention she is tech savvy he has a multitude of tech tricks in her bag to make most other RE people blush. She's a forward thinker and immediately does pictures, videos for a rainy day.

Rachael has built up a sizeable portfolio of knowledge in her time and working the local markets and you would be remiss not to talk with her for 5 mins.

Rachael was the best agent I could have asked for while renting for the first time.

She had so much knowledge of the area, listened to all of our needs and wants in a potential place, and was extra responsive to all of our questions or concerns. She was always readily available and very quick to take our calls, texts, and emails. When it came time for the paperwork, she had no problem guiding us through the process and what it entailed. She made us feel comfortable through what can be a nerve wracking time for some people.

I would absolutely recommend her for any real estate needs no questions asked.
