The first time I worked with Rachel I was selling a house. This time I was buying one. She always exceeds expectations in customer service. She is very thorough with analyses and always makes great recommendations. She recommended that I include an appraisal contingency with my offer - and as a result saved me thousands of dollars! I will always work with Rachel when buying or selling a home!

Rachel is a very knowledgeable and patient realtor who was always made herself available to show homes. During the selling of our home, she was a great resource and problem solver. She spent over a year helping us figure out what was right for us for our “downsizing.” She gave great advice on contracts, real estate norms, and how to work through issues.
