I am honored to write a review of Real-estate Agent, Rachel Brooks. Ms. Brooks helped me to purchase my 2nd investment property in Philadelphia’s West Kensington section of the City in 2020. I like to refer to Ms. Brooks as my partner, mentor, and confidant for “all things real-estate.” Not only was she committed to my pursuit of a property in a specific price range, zip code, and condition, but she believed in my personal business model and endeavor as a new investor in an intimidating market. Where others may have seen “disrepair and despair,” she saw “hope and opportunity.” She accompanied me on various walk thru’ s in some of the most undesirable, run down sections of the City. She did this not just because she was my “agent,” but because she genuinely cared about my personal dream. Based on my budget, I am certain that she knew her commission would be small, but she treated me as if I was a renowned/influential investor with a “Wall Street” budget. She was responsive to emails and sent property details quickly. She set up appointments so I could see properties; sometimes in the same day. That is crucial in this fast paced real estate market. Ms. Brooks works with high-profile clients with big budgets; as well as the “small fish in the sea,” like me. She works with families seeking their very first home. She is successful at working with all types of people because she makes it a point to understand her clients’ needs. She brings diverse knowledge and experience to the table. Over the years, I had to pleasure and privilege to learn about Rachel’s background in urban planning, neighborhood planning, community development, equitable development, and economic opportunity. Not only does Rachel help others find wealth and financial opportunity through real estate, but she helps others find opportunity by believing in their dreams and setting an example of good moral character. She will always shine brighter than her peers because of her selfless passion to help others and serve her community. I am proud to build to my empire and expand my portfolio with Rachel beside me. It gives me great pride knowing that I can trust her and that she has my best interest.
