About Rachel

Rachel is a Garrett County native who grew up experiencing all the magic that Deep Creek Lake has to offer. From long summer days spent boating and swimming on the lake to winter weekends skiing at Wisp Resort, she developed a deep appreciation for the outdoor lifestyle that makes this area so special. Rachel truly believes there is something unique about life in Garrett County and wants others to experience it for themselves.

After graduating from Dickinson College and spending time traveling the world, Rachel chose to return home to Garrett County to put down roots and begin raising her family in the place she loves. Alongside her husband, Elliott Perfetti, and their three young children, she enjoys embracing everything the area has to offer—boating, hiking, skiing, and exploring the many outdoor adventures that define life at Deep Creek Lake.

With a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for her hometown, Rachel combines local knowledge with a client-focused approach to real estate.
