Before joining The Schmitz & Smith Group at Keller Williams, Rachel built a dynamic career across traditional media, digital marketing, and SaaS tech. Rising from Marketing Associate to Enterprise Customer Success Manager, she spent years orchestrating large-scale contracts, managing high-stakes relationships, and delivering results with white-glove service. This extensive background has sharpened skills that translate directly to real estate: proactive communication, data-driven strategy, and the ability to navigate complex problems confidently and carefully.

Her corporate foundation sets her apart in a competitive industry, allowing her to show up for her clients during life’s most significant transitions. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys supporting local non-profits, some friendly competition on the pickleball or volleyball court, and she loves channeling her creativity into interior design and DIY projects. A true Texan at heart, Rachel treasures hill country drives, her faith, spending time with family, and hanging out at the local dog park with her two mini-schnauzers.
