Rachel's real estate career began in 1999 with Robert Morris Real Estate, a diversified real estate services firm specializing in HUD subcontracting, brokerage, property management and property insurance. After beginning as a general manager overseeing HUD projects, Rachel quickly became a Managing Principal after she purchased the company along with partners. While at Robert Morris, Rachel further pursued her passion for real estate and entrepreneurship and founded a freelance real estate consulting practice where she advised investors on opportunities pertaining to tax-lien foreclosures. Rachel also began spending more time principal investing, leveraging her deep knowledge of the local market and extensive network of investors to purchase a large portfolio of for-rent and for-sale residential properties.


More recently, Rachel spent 3 years at Remax Access, a Philadelphia-based real estate brokerage where she was a licensed agent and buyer representative. Over her career, Rachel has invested, consulted and brokered more than 800 projects comprising over $75million in aggregate value.
