I have no complaints whatsoever. I had just recently Separated from The military, and began looking for a home. Rachel and her team were very helpful answering questions and assisting me with any concerns I had with my first Home.
I’ve heard nothing but horror stories when it comes to buying a home and all the paperwork and closing tasks that come with it.
My experience was completely the opposite. My hands were almost entirely free, Rachel and her team made (what I thought would be a headache) my first home a smooth and easy process. I couldn’t be happier and I appreciate the work they all put in towards making the process pain free.

Rachel Ingram and her team are everything you need and much more. They are very knowledgeable, professional, well connected, kind, and hard working. She is everything you need when working with a realtor. Rachel immediately made me feel comfortable. I felt like we had been friends for years when first meeting her. P.S. I rarely feel a connection like that when first meeting someone:) She knows how to lead when I found myself almost ready to give up. She listened patiently and comforted me as well as always addressing all of my concerns. There are not enough words we could say about how wonderful she is. She helped my family in our darkest time. She assured me that all would be well and helped ease my concerns being a first time homeowner. She makes everything seem so effortless. We had very little time to relocate and she helped us find our beautiful home quickly. We are very happy and blessed to have had the honor to work with her and her team. Rachel is such a great realtor! When she worked with us to sell our home her passion for what she does was so evident. Nothing we asked was too much. It was obvious that she loves selling and finding homes and helping people envision how to make their new house a home! Rachel is honestly the best! She really takes the time to get to know her clients, and is never pushy. We feel blessed to have had her as our realtor! From day one, we felt like she actually understood exactly what we were looking for. She really listened to our wants and needs and always found us homes to look at that would have suited us perfectly! She was super responsive always and was great at answering any questions we had along the way. We really feel like our home buying process went so smooth and attribute most of that to her making everything so easy! We made a lifelong friend as well. You truly cannot get any better than her!
