As buyers from out of state, Rachel always made time for us, conveniently working around our travel schedule. She is extremely professional and knows her market very well. When it came time to make an offer, Rachel was so helpful in guiding us through that process. She was right there for us when we had our inspection, walk-through, closing, etc. Her responsiveness to any questions we had was amazingly quick. She always went above and beyond the call of duty and we would definitely recommend her to anyone we know.

If you are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, timely, trustworthy and has an eye for detail and design, Rachel is your person.

Buying and/or selling your home is very emotional. Rachel was there every step of the way for selling our home and building a new one. She calmed our nerves and spent time explaining things so we felt confident in every decision. No matter how big or small our questions were, she made sure to take the time to explain.

Rachel is an outstanding realtor and helped us find a home in some of the most difficult circumstances. During Covid, our initial plans to travel and see homes for ourselves were changed. We ended up putting in offers for homes, only viewing them through pictures provided and video walkthroughs. Rachel was able to look into the details of the home to give us insight as to the true condition of the home. She pointed out details that would be of concern for a young family, gave us poignant advice on what was reasonable and on additional wording of the contract that may help us close. The market was incredibly competitive with multiple homes selling even before showing. She was responsive, to the point and had offers ready for us in a timely manner.

When our offer for our dream home was accepted she kept us in time with all the things we needed to fulfill and in fact helped us negotiate extensions on contingencies due to unforeseen delays in our valuation. When we met the home owners, they told us that one of our additions in our contract that Rachel had suggested sealed the deal for them. I could not recommend her more highly as she knows the market well, has a level head and advocates strongly for her clients. At close she left us some gifts, which my oldest daughter adores.

She helped us to get our condo, as first buyers we didn’t know much about getting a condo, fees or loans, she went out of her way to explain every single details.
