About Rachel

Rachel Sample is a Florida native who has lived in a few cities across the state, including Windermere (near Orlando), Tallahassee and Sarasota. Tampa has been her home since 2010 and is hands down her favorite city. She is currently raising her three boys in the South Tampa area and participates in youth soccer, flag football and enjoying the many neighborhood parks. She loves the balance of the pace of the city, but also being tucked in by the water and the amazing sunsets. Her favorite spots are Armature Works, Water Street and Hyde Park Village. In her free time, she loves to garden, explore new restaurants and have fun in the sun.


Rachel started her career as a Registered Dietitian, and finds it important to create a balance of health and wellness that extends to the home. Whether it be finding buyers a place of tranquility, a location with walkability or an area close to good restaurants, Rachel is always mindful of these types of needs.


Her years spent as a healthcare professional have allowed her to gain important skills and build trust, which helps to provide the best experience to her clients. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease, whether the process is buying, selling or leasing a home by providing clear communication and updates along the way.
