Rachel Speight

Rachel Speight-Hudson is a passionate, energetic, and ambitious entrepreneur who is an inspiration to those who meet her. She is the CEO of the award-winning company, Pursue, Overtake, and Recover Services, Inc., which offers a multitude of financial services including credit repair. Her company has helped over 786,000 plus families build financial security and improve their quality of life through financial education and services since starting the business from home in 2006.

Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Rachel has overcome tremendous life challenges that once had her emotionally, financially, and spiritually broken and is now a witness to God’s grace.

In 2001, she enrolled in Manatee Community College, choosing a dual major in Criminal Justice and Legal Assisting to begin pursuing her dreams.
In 2006, she completed the CEO Entrepreneur business training program which is designed to prepare individuals to be entrepreneurs.

In 2008, Rachel took her biggest step, to take her passion and concept to live her dream and open her own business, “Pursue, Overtake and Recover Services Inc.” and has made over one million in revenue since its establishment. With the company having a focus on credit report auditing and investigations, she has helped many people throughout the United States obtain monetary awards from those companies bent on violating their rights.
In 2009, Rachel became FCRA Certified (Fair Credit Reporting Act), which solidifies the company’s knowledge of the laws and regulations of the industry. She also became FDCPA Certified (Fair debt Collection Practices Act) and this is an intense understanding of the requirements and limitations of what a credit agency can and cannot do.

In 2010-2011 Rachel decided to expand her dreams to obtain her Real Estate License and she is now a licensed Realtor with Horizon Realty. With only having her license under a year she sold eleven homes.

By 2012, she helped over seventeen families obtain homeownership and sold over 1.9 million dollars in property. Some of her clients have also purchased businesses, auto loans, enhanced credit scores, obtained lines of credit and loans which at one point was impossible. During 2013, Rachel sold over $4.1 million dollars of Residential properties. By February 2014, Rachel sold an additional 1.4 million dollars of residential properties. Between the start of her real estate career in 2011, up until 01/07/2020, Rachel has sold over an amazing $ $30,733,313 million in property sales,163 units were sold not including homes sold via her referral service.

Rachel has an entrepreneurial drive that’s much more than average. In 2019 She earned her Real Estate Brokers Lick. And has opened her own Real Estate Company, Pursue, Overtake, & Recover Realty Inc. DBA PURSUE REALTY where she has five agents working on her team that will continue the mission of the business. She is also the Founder of Pursue YOU Foundation, which will assist with grants for credit repair services, consumer credit counseling services, down payment assistance, and financial education, and more.

Rachel Speight-Hudson is respected for her work in the community and her love for her family as a wife, mother, grandmother, friend, and more. She has been recognized by several community organizations and has received the 2016 Small Business of the Year award from the Manatee Black Chamber of Commerce and the 2017 Woman of Year Award from the Business and Professional Women of North Sarasota.
