Rachel Talley

Rachel is a Maryville native. She not only grew up here, she went to school here, and married her high school sweetheart, Micah, here. She is a 2010 graduate of Maryville High School and a 2014 graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Rachel earned her real estate license in 2015 and has spent the last six years working on a multi-million dollar producing team; The David Talley Team. She personally has a rental portfolio consisting of fifteen properties, and invests in house flips and spec builds. Rachel has dedicated much of her career to her professional development. She was a KAAR Rising Star award winner, has chaired multiple committees with KAAR, was a member of the state-level committee in 2019, and is also currently serving as a KAAR Board Member.

As a Alpha Delta Pi sorority member at UT, Rachel fostered her love of community. She still today carries that passion and is a Junior Service League member and a board member of Haven House. In what remaining time she has, you will find her hard at work at Diamondjack Wine Bar, which she owns along with her husband or at home with their three pitbulls, Miya, Moby and Finn. In 2022, Rachel and Micah welcomed their daughter, Noah, into the world.
