She was always professional, knowledgeable about the market, responded to emails/texts promptly, & available when I needed her. I wasn’t stressed during the process, making it an even more enjoyable experience. Rae has made my move from out of state as simple as possible. Rae sent several listing to me daily. The homes I was interesting in, Rae would go to the showing and send me a video of the home, it was as if I was physically there to view the home.

Rae answered all calls & texts promptly. She has managed my expeditions and held my hand through the home buying process.

I was set up with Rae by my lender, and I'm so glad I was! We were hunting for a house during the busiest market in years. She set up showings for me the day houses were listed and got offers in same day. After several disappointments, my offer was accepted on a house that ended up being the perfect fit. When I say that Rae had to deal with a difficult seller, I mean it. She handled everything very professionally and worked hard to make sure I wasn't taken advantage of. I'm so glad I was connected with Rae, and will hire her again the moment I'm ready to buy/sell in the future.

So I'm going to just put myself out there and be very honest. I found Rae Allen back while I was still living in Michigan and only thinking about moving to South Carolina. Unlike a lot of other realtors I spoke with, she took me seriously and freely answered all of my questions and believe you me I had plenty! When I made the decision to move, she was patient with me while I rented a town home for a year and got credit ready. Once that happened, she gave me one lead after another and the hunt was now on. She fully understood that I just didn't have a lot of money, but she never made me feel unworthy or unimportant because of it. In fact, she gently guided me through financial assistance programs that helped me become a home owner with a mortgage I could afford. I put in offers on three different properties. Two of which simply did not pass the home inspection. When the second house failed inspection, I cried while Rae held me and encouraged me too take a little break in order to get back in the right head space. The home buying experience wasn't the fun thing to do that I thought it would be. It was an emotionally draining and heartbreaking experience that at times made me difficult. Rae always kept it together though, that's for sure! I write this review as a home owner sitting in front of the fire of a home that I just love and adore. Where I feel safe. Where I feel at home and this happy chapter of my life might not be without her. Thank you for that Rae.
