There is a saying that one bad Apple spoils the bunch, in this case i would carve that bad Apple out and would not trade Rafael's team. I commend Mr. George and Jenn especially. Mr George a very dedicated hard worker on and off his duty days. He is a team spirited person always looking out for his team recommending them always. Not only his team he also looked out for his clients. This whole ordeal took a toll on my mum he took the time not to only keep calling to check up on her but after couple times and no answer he made it his business to come and visit to make sure she was ok.
Also Ms. Jenne a sweet soul inside out very professional in her work. She works around the clock. Mum calls her or messages her at ANYTIME and she was always available even if she is in a meeting or in the gym she gives her the time for an ear. Very efficient in her job, she is a darling and i say that to say this George you have good team spirit with Jenn.
How ever i will say i had a few roadblocks that caused the team to look back. As i said carve this Apple out and you have a wonderful team Would recommend less that Apple.

From the moment I filled out the inquiry form on their website, I was impressed. Within just 10 minutes, I received a phone call, and two weeks later, I met Rafael. It was clear from the start that I was in good hands.

As first-time home sellers, we had a lot of questions and concerns, but everyone on Rafael’s team was incredibly professional and communicative. They made sure we never felt alone throughout the entire process, handling everything from start to finish seamlessly.

When we needed work done on our home, Rafael’s team provided us with recommendations for trustworthy and affordable contractors. They even helped us find top-rated lawyers for the closing process, making everything so much easier for us.

As a loan officer, I get a good opportunity to get to know the realtors on both sides of the transaction. In my opinion, Jean Santos with the Rafael Ching Real Estate Team at Keller Williams and the listing agent Melanie Ormond proved to be very professional, great to work with and very talented. We had a very difficult deal with existing tenants and issues to work through on the buyer's side that could have been very stressful to deal with had there been too much pressure to get it done too quickly. Jean was exceptionally patient as were the buyers and sellers and it made the entire experience much better than it could have been. Rafael and his team were fantastic at getting my 1-bedroom co-op sold during last winter’s selling season (closed in the spring).

He has an entire team that specializes in different stages of the selling process. His Showings team was able to host multiple open-houses and his Response team was able to reply to all prospective leads very quickly. I feel these two are really important since buyers have to 'feel' a property before they become motivated enough to start pre-approval paperwork. After every open-house / viewing, his team would give me a short status report about the prospective buyers and what they liked/didn’t like about my unit. This real-time feedback let me know how to adjust my listing's description and price point.

Very glad I selected Rafael and his team. They know that generating traffic + marketing excitement (even if some open houses are not well attended) will attract the right buyer. If you set your listing price realistically according to the market, Rafael and his team can get you legitimate, prospective buyers.

Finally, his Closing team knows how to get deals over the finish line. Co-op boards and management offices can be lazy and opaque, but Rafael's team knows how to keep deals moving forward, professionally.

I worked with Renatta. She helped me sell my parents co-op in Queens. We were very afraid of the whole process honestly. We did phone appointments and zooms before we met with her. When she came over, we felt so much better! She helped us sort through everything, told us what to move out, she helped us "stage" the unit, and she had her own people make it look totally beautiful and sellable. Within 2 weeks, we had several people come see the apartment and we had 3 offers. She made a scary process so much easier and for that we will be forever grateful. This was incredibly difficult for me and my family, but she was professional, beyond helpful and had our back the whole way. I recommend Renatta Paz from Rafael Ching's office. We also spoke to Jean Santos who was also always helpful and everyone got back to us promptly and answered all our questions quickly. Mr. Rafael Ching sold my home within days of it being listed and closing was completed approximately 55-57 after the initial signing of the contract. Mr. Ching and his team work differently from other real estate companies that I have closed deals with...... Mr. Ching steps aside to let the lawyers handle what they need to handle and the finance team to handle what they need to handle; in other words this real estate team will NOT overstep their boundaries. Other real estate agents I've worked with were involved on all levels which at times can cause many problems and delays. During the deal with the Rafael Ching Team.... I was constantly thinking ahead and literally could figure out what the buyer was going to do or suggest before Mr. Ching confirmed it; he told me that his approach is not to stress out because all situations have a solution if all parties work together. He kept his cool 😎 but I didn't. I wanted to hear from his team more often but I like I said it's based on their business style of NOT overstepping protocol. Would I use the Rafael Ching Team again?...... ABSOLUTELY because they worked fast to get me the price that I wanted which was more than fair for the beautiful home that I sold.

If you are in the queens or long island area please save yourself a ton of headaches and hire Rafael Ching and his team. Rafael is professional and personable all at the same time. He got me a buyer one week after posting the listing and we closed six months later. He will do all the heavy lifting like background checks to making sure the buyer will be a good candidate, dealing with management and making arrangements with the board if you are in a coop. It was nice to have his experience and expertise to rely on. There is no way I could have done this by myself. He made the experience of selling my coop not only easy but incredibly pleasant as well. Jean and Renata were personable, kept me updated and were a pleasure to work with. Extremely grateful for Rafael and his team. The Internet worked well this time! I sold my apartment in flushing New York this week.

Rewind the time about 10 months , I live and work in pennsylvania, couldn't easily get a good realtor to sell the house . so l turn to the google. Found Rafael's team online based on the good reviews.

I and Rafael only talked over the phone for interview and other apartment selling matters. Upon request ,they assigned a dedicated sales lady who can speak chinese for my mother (who lives in the apartment.) To make the communication easier.

they arranged all the events, open house, house visiting,background checking etc. and helped picking best buyer. the whole process of finding a buyer took about 3 month.

then, the whole countries hit by the coronavirus pendemic. the process slow down a lot. Rafael's team still work with the lawyer and mmanagement office to get the ball rolling.

Finally, the closing happened this week, and l got the checks !

highly recommended to anyone who's tryingto find a good realtor ! they are very nice and professional .
