First thing is: I love My Job!!!

I started in the Real Estate industry in 2015 as a Secretary/Receptionist. I always had a passion for houses, home design and Architecture but while working in a office I developed a passion for communicating with people and the inner workings of the home buying and selling process. That was my motivation to become a Real estate agent in 2017. I take my job seriously and I pay a lot of attention to every detail of the business, but there is no need to be serious around me, I try to get a smile out of every person I encounter.

I strive to be always on time and ready to go when work calls. I always answer my phone, I'm quick to reply text messages and check my email regularly. I'm a full time agent so you are never bothering me if you need help!

I'm also bilingual and experienced in working with Portuguese speakers.

Rafaela, treated us as though we were her only clients. Our search for a home was long and stressful due to the stringent requirements of the particular loan we qualified for. Rafaela, took the time to educate us about the entire process and continued to offer encouragement as we sometimes fell into hopelessness. We laughed together and even shed tears together. Although her commission was likely to be meager due to the low cost home we were looking to purchase she did not treat us as less important. She worked hard for us and put in a great many hours to make sure we found the right home and the wait finally paid off! We have an amazing home now and we truly thank God for Rafaela and The Homes Tour for making it happen.
