About Raha

Real Estate industry knowledge and well tested experience is the cement that binds Raha to her exceptional track record which dates back to 2001. Originally, Raha started in the real estate industry as a mortgage loan officer licensed in 5 states. She expanded her influence in 2005 by becoming part owner of a mortgage brokerage in Virginia and Florida. In 2007, when her mortgage company relocated Raha then took a leap into becoming a real estate agent. From 2007 to 2013, Raha worked with a few local builders as well as took on residential flip endeavors.

After developing a close personal relationship, Raha decided to join Kristy Moore's team in 2013. Since then, Raha has helped several families relocate to the area as well as sell their homes. Since joining Local Expert Realty, Raha has sold over 120 homes in the Maryland, Virginia market and still going strong.

Raha is a real estate professional that is fully dedicated to her passion for great service while helping you sell your home!

When she is away from the office, Raha is busy being a Supermom to her 2 wonderful boys 18 and 14, going to JMU and Mclean High School .

In addition, her partner keeps her busy with 5 to 7 property flips a year, in Arlington and Falls church City,Mclean, Vienna and Great Falls Since 2007 they have flipped over 200 homes.
