Raissa Alandy

Raissa Alandy joined @properties in April of 2006. Prior to joining @properties, Raissa worked for a real estate developer helping sell several new buildings in the Gold Coast, Streeterville and River North neighborhoods. Raissa is one of @'s rising star agents--and she continues to enhance her career through all of the opportunities at her company. Presently, Raissa is teaming up with several key agents at @ to work on future developments. She also is experienced in the world of co-ops. Raissa recently closed a beautiful co-op property in the Gold Coast. Previously, Raissa has been in various professional fields before joining the Real Estate industry in 2004. She has worked in the early childhood education and dental fields in the last few years. Raissa strives to be more involved in the Real Estate industry in the coming months and is enthusiastic and eager to be part of the @properties team. Raissa is definitely a "people person" who enjoys meeting and making new friends. She is an honest and genuine person who always wants the best for all her clients. Raissa has extensive experience in new developments and can easily guide clients through the buying process and will keep them informed on the progress of the development from new construction to move-in day! She also has experience in working with both buyers and sellers and co-op transactions. Raissa is very reliable, efficient and effective and is always willing to go the extra mile for any client she represents. Raissa has lived in the Chicago area since birth and is quite familiar with the city and the surrounding suburbs. Currently she lives in a Western suburb with her husband, John, and their three young children. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading, watching movies and just hanging out with her family!
