I have worked with Ralph for over a decade - he was our realtor when we bought a house in Sugar Grove, IL, and then to sell that house and to sell another house in Lombard this year (March 2022). What a difference a good agent makes! Ralph Binetti is an outstanding real estate agent. The first agent I hired had my house on the market for almost two months and there was only 25 total showings. She let 3 different offers fall through (during the hot market of August 2021) . Once we hired Ralph we had 22 showings in the first four days alone and and 3 offers. We accepted the best offer and Ralph closed the deal within one week of it being listed with him. Ralph is extremely professional and was very helpful along the way. He gave great advice and helped stage the house. He is a super skilled and smart as well as professional and honest. Not to mention he is overall nice guy. You will really enjoy working with him.

Me and my wife highly recommend working with Ralph. He helped as to buy our first home and the experience was incredibly positive. Ralph is truly knowledgeable, and we really appreciated his honesty. He was never late for a showing. He helps as understanding all the stages of the purchase (each of which was entirely new for us) and recommended vendors (attorneys, inspectors) but did not push if we decided to go a different route.
