Ramal was the perfect realtor for our situation! First, we needed help fast, as we were facing a deadline of @ two weeks to complete our purchase.
Ramal was the only realtor who was immediately responsive, and continued so throughout.
We needed to transfer our rental house to another rental
property under the IRS SECTION 1031, which allows u to defer capital gains tax, transferring any equity profit from the sale.
Ramal was terrific in coordinating the many tasks required between two title companies, the lawyer guiding us, and even helped to calm us down when things got hectic. But thanks to Ramal, we met the IRS deadline!
