We started looking for a new home about three months before we met Randall. In that time we met many real estate agents. Some were decent, some were pushy, and some were apathetic. But when we met Randall, my instinct told me that we had to go with this guy.

As a first time homebuyer, what stood out to me about Randall is that he genuinely has your best interests in mind. He's upfront and honest. And, if you're like me and have a million questions about everything, he's also very patient in explaining how things work. Before I met Randall, I didn't even know what contingencies were, but Randall anticipated these questions and guided me in the right direction.

Randall is also very knowledgeable about the local area. We were looking in the general San Jose area, and he showed us some awesome neighborhoods to live in within walking distance of San Pedro square. Also, when a neighborhood had issues like crime or safety, he was upfront and honest about this and suggested we take that into consideration when making an offer. Since Randall grew up in the bay and has lived here his whole life, I'd trust him with just about any area in the bay.

I'm very glad we bought our first home with Randall. I can't yet attest to his ability to sell or rent a place out, but if it's anything like our experience in buying a house with Randall, I'm sure we'd have no regrets. Look no further, this is your guy!

I just wan to thank Randall for his professionalism and for helping me look at the Purchase Agreement Documents. I was surprised that even though he was not representing me on the sale of my property, he went out of his way look at the documents and within an hour he returned my call and was able to point out some concerns with the contract. He guided me and I was able to change some of the sale stipulations on the contract saving me a substantial amount of money. His knowledge in Real Estate business is extensive. Randall is

The best way to explain my experience with Randall is a 5-star Service. I started my house search and came across Randall as he was the listing agent on a property I was interested in and when I read all of the positive reviews online I was happy to meet him in person. We live a couple of hours away from San Jose. My Grandmother's property was in a trust and she passed away. Randall came recommended from a family member and a neighbor to help sell our grandma's property. Even though we lived a couple of hours away Randall made the sale simple and easy. Randall is EXCELLENT!!! We were looking at relocating to Morgan Hill in the future but wanted to start “looking” at homes in the area to make sure it was a good fit for us. After going to a few homes and hearing our comments he knew which home would be our perfect fit. He took us and we fell in love and put in an offer that night. He was easily reached and answered any questions we had. He was very flexible and would even meet us after we got off work and drove down from the Bay Area to go over things. We ran into a little issue on the sellers side, but Randall was there every step of the way and on top of everything! Randall has been absolutely spectacular in helping me buy houses from when we first met 7 years ago. I was unable to find a bank to get me pre-qualified for a mortgage, and a bank recommended I talk to Randall to help me out. He had the right connections to get me pre-qualified and into a house during the low price and high demand of the housing boom (in 2012). Randall navigated relationships to get me into a house and that was awesome. I obviously went back to him in 2019 when I was looking to buy my most recent home. We ran into issues with the seller and Randall was able to navigate the situation and get the house closed even after I had given up on the issue. Without him, I wouldn't have gotten into either home. So, I'm super grateful to him for helping build my life and home along the way. I will always use him for my future Real Estate needs.

We were referred to Randall by a friend of ours and we are glad he was our agent. Just about a month and a half ago, we started our house hunt in Contra Costa County. Randall scheduled a few properties for us to look at and unfortunately, the home we wanted went over our budget. The following weekend, he was able to set us up to view 5 to 6 properties in one day, which is awesome because it is a bit of a drive from South Bay. The last home we looked at ended up being our choice. We were able to put in our offer and close within a few weeks! It did become a bit stressful when the sellers took a while to submit their signatures, but Randall was on top of it and reached out to their agent at all times. After that was solved, it was a pretty fast process and Randall was very responsive will all the questions we had. He was informative and very helpful every step of the way.
