Randolph Kallenberg

Randolph , a Louisiana native and University of Alabama alumni, brings over 15 years of success as former VP of a natural resources investment firm. He has assembled and managed multiple joint ventures with investments in oil and gas production, as well as real estate, including several multi-family and retail , self storage, and revitalization of two historical buildings in his home town of Shreveport , La. He has seen the entire spectrum of risk vs reward. Whether an investor is seeking wealth preservation and/or income in real estate, Randolph will cater to the investor’s yield criteria by performing a detailed market and financial analysis, and narrow down properties that have potential to perform or exceed the client’s target yield.

When Randolph is not busy working in real estate, you’ll find him traveling with his wife and kids, playing golf, cheering for the Crimson Tide, and spending time with friends and family.
