Randy has been one of the most influential coaches I have ever had the opportunity to work with. His easy-going attitude, humor plus knowledge combined together makes for such a pleasant and informative session. The content that we are given on a weekly basis has already made such an enormous impact on me and the way I now approach lead generation. Randy's personality makes the coaching session easily approachable and it creates a safe learning environment where as students we can all really let our guard down and get to what works and what doesn't. I am looking forward to continuing with Randy over these next few weeks - I am learning so much, and can't wait to continue putting this new content to good use!

I've bought and sold with Randy, and he made the process so great for both! I had heard horror stories from people about buying their first homes and I honestly found it so stress-free and fun, thanks to Randy. Then when it came time to sell around 4-5 years later, he again made the process so smooth and easy - we ended up selling on the second day on the market for well above ask! Couldn't recommend Randy more highly!

Randy did an amazing job while working with us to sell our house, he walked my wife and I through the process months in advance and gave us a punch list of things that were important to address and lined us up with POC for handymen to help with the work. His knowledge of the area was amazing and having him as our agent made the whole process much less stressful. I would recommend Randy to everyone!

Randy is an astonishing realtor. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and he provided the guidance and expertise we needed. We came with a long list of wants for our new home (I called it the "List of Demands") that he took and ran with. He exuded patience and confidence in finding us exactly what we wanted, knowing the right house would come along when it was meant to. Randy was extremely responsive, at all hours of the day, to our questions and messages. He accommodated our last minute requests of tours and worked with our schedules extremely well. He listened to us and cared that we found the right home. Randy is not concerned with making a quick find to get someone into a house, he is concerned with spending the time to make sure you find the right home. Every house looked at was another lesson learned on what needed to be honed in on and adjusted in our search. Randy paid very close attention to those lessons. After almost 4 months of searching we found the right home and it checked off everything on the list.

If you are looking for a realtor you can trust, listens to you, and who has your best interest at heart then Randy Lusk is the realtor for you.

Randy was recommended to us by our realtor in PA who previously had a client rave about Randy. When we met with Randy, we instantly clicked. Randy has a great personality that you can feel his energy when you work with him. Being from PA and not knowing MD too much, Randy spent multiple days driving us around showing different houses in different areas to help us find the perfect fit. He was quick to respond of all of our questions and helped put our minds to ease. When it came to getting us a deal and fighting for issues with the house listing, Randy took full charge and was great at negotiating. To sum everything up, RANDY IS AMAZING. The Force is truly strong with this one!

Randy was an amazing realtor to work with. When we were looking to relocate to Howard County, I had reached out to a family friend, who forwarded us to Randy. From our first phone calls and interactions, Randy took the time to get to know us and get a feel for what we wanted. We ended up finding our home on the first day we went out looking, which was almost a shame because we had such a blast spending the day with him. He seemed to really get a sense of our priorities and values so quickly and was just generally warm, down to earth, and kind. In the actual process of making an offer and everything that happened between that and closing, Randy was so open and communicative, let us know what was happening, what we needed to know and do, and what to expect. Especially coming from out of town, having a realtor who "has a guy for that" in the area for literally every need we had (inspections, lender, repairs, and so on) was so valuable too. I'd recommend working with Randy to anyone!

I didn't hesitate to call Randy first thing when I decided to sell my house...the very house I bought from him in 2017! Even in this market, there were things about my house that were not ideal. Randy knew how to work with these and got my house sold super fast and within my expectations. He knows how to work with military, so if you're coming into the area, hit him up!

We recently worked with Randy Lusk to buy a house and he was a pleasure to work with every step of the way.
