Cortney P. was absolutely amazing. We met her at an open house where she took the time to ask us questions about what we were looking for in a home. We provided our contact information to her as all Realtors ask you to do at an open house. She also gave us her business card, which is also what most Realtors do at an open house. What makes Cortney so amazing is that she FOLLOWED UP with us the very next day! She started sending us information based on our conversation at the open house. We met with her the next day so she could give us a rundown of the services The Sumbles team offered. The very next day, I texted her about a home I was interested and she got us scheduled for a showing the same day. We put in an offer the next day. Throughout the entire process, she kept us informed on what was going on. The whole team made the process so easy for us as first-time home buyers.

Cameron was really on-point. He never danced around my questions and when he wasn't sure, got back ASAP. He was always prompt & pleasant and even though he was the Seller's Agent, never made me feel slighted and final results of our business relationship reflect that.

Cameron Phillips is by far the best realtor I have EVER used! He made the whole process of buying our condo seamless. This is a second home for us and we were doing all of this 500 miles away. Not only did he make the real estate transactions flow easily, he was ALWAYS available to give out top notch names for painters, carpenters, electricians, etc. AND was always available to meet them at our condo to let them in and out whenever need be. Cameron is one of the nicest people I have ever met and worked with, plus he has great taste in music. If you need a realtor, he’s definitely your guy.

The Sumbles Team, specifically Robert Fisher is an incredible realtor to have batting for your team. Although my wife and I haven’t found our house yet, I know I can depend on Robert to constantly keep an eye on the market and stay on top of everything he does. He goes above and beyond for each and every one of his clients.

As a General Contractor, I’m consistently having him check comps in areas to stay competitive with this market. No matter how small or big the challenge is, Robert is who you want to call!

Right from the start we knew we had chosen the right team to help us find a new home. We consistently received listings of home and they were patient with us...took us almost 2 years to find the "right" home for us! Robert Fisher walked us all the way through the process, kept in touch with us frequently and was genuinely excited for us when we finally settled on our dream home. My husband and I used the Sumbles Team to sell our home in North Little Rock, and it was one of the best experiences we have ever had in real estate. Our agent, Cameron, was simply the best! He kept us informed of everything along the way. He worked with us to get the best price for our property and took care of any little thing that came up during the process. Oh, and the pictures he took of our house to put online were fabulous. He's real estate's answer to Annie Leibovitz in his skills! We were recommended Robert Fisher from my sister who is a realtor in TX. We were out of state buyers coming into a state we did not know at all. We interviewed 3 realtors and choose Robert because of his persistence and communication skills. Not to mention he is a wholesome guy who was easy to talk to and just enjoyable to be around. Best decision we made in our first ever home buying process by far. He answered every question in a timely and knowledgeable way and if he didn't know the answer he went above and beyond to find it. So much though that after we closed he helped us find the paint color to our walls since the prior owner didn't tell us what it was and left a ton of holes throughout the house. I would HIGHLY recommend Robert and the whole Sumbles Team to anyone looking to buyer or sell in AR!
