Randy & Teresa were great from the start. I was advised on what was worth my time and money to fix before the house was put on the market. Randy & Teresa came over to stage my home and even blew the leaves off my deck and driveway! They have a fantastic photographer who made my home look spectacular on-line. Anytime I had questions they were answered promptly. Everything went well and the best thing is that I got the asking price! I would definitely recommend Randy and Teresa to list your home too!

I was relocating to Georgia for work . I reached out to three realtors and put them to work to send me information . I was upfront about the fact that I wasn't moving for almost 8 months but needed to get to know the area and the home prices. I will admit that being in the building industry I probably was a little harder on the realtors then the typical buyer. Quickly Randy and Teresa set themself apart from the other relators with the quick responses and attention to customer service but that was only the beginning of my amazing experience with them . Never once in months and months of communication did they not promptly answer any and all of my communication. We got to the point where I was ready to purchase Randy and Teresa gave me direction on location for hotels etc I was picked up at 830 am and after an exhausting day of 12 hours of house hunting I found my perfect home in Georgia . To say the experience was amazing is an understatement. I really can't say enough about them the service the follow up the communication the experience and it hasn't stopped at the contract. I settle in a few days and I know I have also gained friends in the industry and worked with two amazing people . They come highly recommended moving from DE is a huge move they made it so much easier and I am forever grateful!

VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! Randy and Teresa Welch at Keller Williams went above and beyond for me and my family. As a single mom with 2 young children I was high maintenance and had very specific requirements for what I needed in a home as well as location for my children's schools. I was also very nervous as this is our first home and both Randy and Teresa worked with me every single day not only helping me find the right place but guiding me and reassuring me through out the entire process. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field, patient and always available. PLUS they are amazing at seeing things that I wouldn't see, giving me advice on things that would benefit our family as well as help me organize the home for my kids! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to find their perfect home :)

I don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for Randy and Teresa. The process of selling and buying a home at the same time in this market is incredibly stressful to say the least. They used their extensive knowledge to walk us through the best options for each step along the way and both the sale and purchase fared far better than we expected. Randy and Teresa were absolutely amazing. Truly what I would call a full service team. I chose to sell my home with them and could not have been happier with the results. I never felt in the dark about anything. If I ever had a question that came up, they were responsive and always up to date on the latest changes in the market and regulations (this is HUGE since things appear to be changing constantly from a market and regulatory perspective). From staging prep to addressing buyer requests, they had all the answers. They put in all the work when it came to the business side of things, so all I had to do was answer questions that were meant for me and pick the best offer (which was more than asking price). My best interests were always at the top of their list. I was so pleased with level of service, that I have enlisted them to assist with the purchase of my next home.

UPDATE:
Purchasing a home with the Welch Group was just as exceptional selling with them. They were present and engaged during all of the important meetings and walkthroughs with the builder and provided critical advice all along the way. The extra eyes and hands at the punchlist walkthrough was also a huge bonus. I even got reminders about post closing responsibilities like utility cutover and warranty registration due dates.

Whether buying or selling, do yourself a favor and go with the Welch Team. YOU are their priority and it shows every step of the way.

Randy and Teresa were great! They helped us every step of the way. I felt like there was nothing I could ask they would say no to. They offered to watch our dog during showings, let us use their office space whenever we needed, help us pack etc. They were always responsive, available to see houses whenever we needed and always answered the phone. They are very well connected with lending, closing and contracting support if needed. I highly recommend them.

After interviewing several realtors, my husband and I just happened upon an open house that was hosted by Randy and Teresa. They gave us a tour of the home, told us about the neighborhood, found out what we were looking for and got our contact info. We loved the home and neighborhood, but weren’t ready to start putting in serious offers for another month or so, and we were still trying to decide on a Realtor. A month later we got a call from Randy, letting us know that a house in the same neighborhood, with everything we were looking for was going to hit the market in the next week. We were so impressed that he remembered us and what we were looking for and that they had the inside scoop on things in this crazy market. We decided then the go with them. We didn’t end up winning the bid for that house, but we did finally find a home after losing bids on several other homes. If you are searching for a home OTP, Randy and Teresa are a great team to work with. As busy as they are, they manage to be super responsive and will really put in the time and work to help you find your home.

After struggling to sell our home with another realtor, we worked with Randy Welch to come up with a new sales plan and he was able to find a buyer and we sold our home. Randy did extensive marketing to ensure our property was getting maximum visibility. He has a great network of contacts and uses this effectively to bring buyers and sellers together. Unlike many realtors, Randy did not push for price reductions, opting instead to work hard on our agreed upon marketing plan to get our home sold. I would highly recommend Randy Welch as a seller's agent.

Mr. Welch was extremely attentive and responsive in the selling of our home. He was devoted to getting the most exposure to find prospective buyers. I simply can’t recommend the Welch group highly enough! Randy and Teresa were a dream team! From the start, they took time to actually “see” us.
