Randy Willie

Randy is a Strawberry Point native, born and raised in the local area. Randy has been a licensed Realtor in Iowa since 1981, and purchased Key-Stone Real Estate in 1990 from his father who co-founded the company in 1978. In 2019, Randy sold the office building to Allen Real Estate Company, LLC, headquartered in Monona, Iowa, and now works under their brokerage firm.

Randy specializes in representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences, acreages, farms, recreational land, and income property within the Strawberry Point and surrounding communities. Randy loves the area and prides himself on his knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including; mortgage, insurance, and inspection information.
