Randy Wise is the founder and president of Randy Wise Homes, an award-winning homebuilding and construction company established in 1977 alongside his wife, Debbie. His journey into the construction industry was unconventional—after leaving junior college to work in the masonry trade, Randy returned to school and earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of West Florida. He then spent four years as a middle school science teacher, using summer breaks and spare time to build, remodel, and sell homes with Debbie. This passion evolved into a thriving business that now includes four divisions: Off-site (Custom Homes), Classic Division, Craftsman Division, and Remodeling.
Randy is a Registered General Contractor, Real Estate Broker, Certified Green Professional, and a Southern Living Builder. He has served as an Honorary Commander of the 58th Fighter Squadron of the 33rd Fighter Wing and Chairman of Habitat for Humanity.
A lifelong resident of Niceville, Florida, Randy is deeply committed to community service. He actively supports numerous nonprofits including the Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center, Building Industry Association Okaloosa-Walton, Construction Competency Board, Okaloosa County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, Northwest Florida State College’s Construction Trades Advisory Council, Taylor Haugen Foundation, Building Homes for Heroes, Special Forces Association-Chapter 7, Fisher House, Air Commando Association, EOD Warrior Foundation, Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation, and many more. He also collaborates with local schools to support construction trade programs, helping develop the next generation of skilled workers.
Randy and Debbie have been married for 45 years and have two sons and five grandchildren. Their son Caleb Wise serves as Vice President of the Classic Division at Randy Wise Homes, while Landon Wise owns a landscaping and horticulture business that partners with the company. Randy’s mission is to pursue excellence in the construction industry while upholding a strong ethical code rooted in Godly principles.
