Finally a guy that not only loves what he does, but loves the city and region in which he does it. Our experience with Raniel could not have gone any better. He took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for, and wevdidn't feel like I was just another client. Raniel carries himself with great professionalism, but in a way that is very personal, which is extremely rare. The way he interacted with us gave us great confidence that he was representing us to the seller. Throughout the entire process his attention to detail and his communication with us made all the difference. We never once felt like we were waiting on him. He negotiated quickly and thoroughly and helped us get into our new home as soon as possible. If you are new to the area, this is your guy! We just purchased our first Ida-HOME with Raniel Diaz! The experience was seamless from start to finish - he is very personable and professional and made us feel like our needs & wants were #1. He listened to exactly what we were looking for and worked hard to find tons of options for homes that were in our price range and desired location. He made himself accessible to go view new listings when they popped up, and we landed on our dream home!! He negotiated an excellent deal and even went an extra step and connected us with an excellent local mortgage guy. We got email updates throughout escrow and felt very confident with the process. We hope to be able to work with him more in the future and would most certainly recommend him to anyone looking in the North Idaho area!

Raniel Diaz saw our vision, and made it a reality. Our situation was complicated; we live out of state, and wanted to buy property in the Idaho panhandle to build and retire on in 20 years. As my wife and I plan for our future, we were concerned our situation wouldn’t seem enticing to a realtor. As we corresponded from out of state, Raniel stayed in regular contact with updates and excitement. Raniel always went above and beyond to make sure every detail we described to him was accounted for. Raniel would send photos and video from the properties he would visit on our behalf. It truly felt like we had his undivided efforts in making this distant dream a contemporary reality. Buying raw land in Coeur d’Alene had a lot of variables that my wife and I were unfamiliar with, i.e. access to power, was there a working well on the land, etc. Raniel made clear that these things were not amenities, they were necessities. Raniel consulted subject matter experts in these fields, and only came to us with properties that had these services in place. Filtering down to us only the properties that set us up for success was a priority to Raniel. He explained we would need to be patient, but he would absolutely find us a property that met our aesthetic desires, and was tenable as a future residence. Raniel had our best interests at his forefront, even when my wife and I may not have. Raniel is the quintessential team quarterback. We found a property that met all our requirements, met Raniel's approval for us to be successful on that land, and under his supervision everything moved along smoothly. Until it didn't. In the eleventh hour, there was a catastrophic issue that arose which had the potential to kill the deal. It was an issue that was unforeseeable, and blindsided everyone involved. Rather than make excuses and justifications, Raniel brought everyone together and came up with a plan for success. It truly felt like he was as invested in this purchase and much as my wife and I were. It had to be this way because my wife and I were out of state. With a negligible change in the timeline, Raniel found a path to success that few, if any, could have. We unreservedly recommend Raniel to represent anyone looking for a realtor in Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding areas. So much so, I have already given out his contact information to both personal friends and family who have a similar vision as my wife and I. #movetocda #ourtowncda
