Simply the best! As new out-of-town investors in the Rocklin area, Ranjit made every step of the process simple and smooth. He is super knowledgeable, experienced, and expert in the local area. Based on his understanding of our requirements and his guidance, we completed purchase of a great property at an excellent price.

Throughout the process, Ranjit went the extra mile for us. For example, even after closing, he continued to provide contacts for various fixes and helped manage all the activities locally on our behalf. We can not imagine having had a better experience. The entire process took just one trip to Rocklin to get a feel for the area! We would not hesitate to recommend Ranjit to friends, co-workers, or family. Of all the houses I have purchased, Ranjit was by far the best realtor! He is extremely patient and readily available to assist. Ranjit is extremely helpful. In more ways than a regular realtor. We needed a house a little farther than he usually covered? He had our backs and found us a great place. Years after we purchase? Ranjit is the best!

He helped us so much when buying our home. He was very patient and helpful as we had so many questions and looked at so many homes before I final purchase.

We were very impressed by his knowledge of real estate and with his recommendations for us to find the right house at the right price, to best meet our needs.
