I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. Holy. Cow. Raquel Hanson is an absolute rockstar when it comes to realty.
I am a first time homebuyer, and had a previous negative experience with trying to buy a home and previously had a very inexperienced and pressing realtor who made me doubt constantly. Raquel is the exact opposite. She immediately assured me she would be on my side and do her very best to make this home buying experience the least amount of stress, and she did just that. Raquel is extremely knowledgeable, kind-hearted, a great communicator, fun, and incredibly reliable. She is very determined and loyal to her clients, even when she was on vacation with her family she was calling and setting up showings for us. She is very persistent when it comes to contacting sellers if you are buying, and I can say she gives it her all. We even had issues moving into the house with some broken appliances and she, out of the kindness of her heart, bought us food gift cards so we had warm food for the weekend. She even reached out to the sellers and inspectors and went out of her way to make it right when she did not have to. She absolutely goes above and beyond. She continues to, even after we closed on the house and moved in; to check in with us and helps us in any way she can. I would never suggest working with another realtor, she is the only one I recommend.

Had the absolute BEST experience with Raquel! I am a first time home buyer and looking for a house in the current market was a nightmare. Raquel made it so easy and worked relentlessly with us to get us into the perfect home for me and my family. She was quick to respond and was very proactive with sending us new homes daily and always checking in. If we wanted to see a house she would set it up for that very same day! I am so incredibly happy and would 10/10 recommend you work with Raquel when buying or selling your home! I never want to work with another realtor.

Raquel is the absolute best! My husband and I were looking for a duplex as first time buyers and Raquel landed us a TRIPLEX! She put her heart and soul into every offer we made. She also treated us like we were her only clients and that we were at the top of her priority. She answered with lightning speed and gave us professional answers for every question that we had. We were forced to enter the home buying search in what can only be described as a history making seller’s market due to a career change that required relocation from out of state. I was really questioning our decision to pursue this once in a lifetime opportunity after spending some time in the real estate “battlefield”. Raquel is the only reason I kept my sanity and found a home. Her passion for what she does shows in every single communication she has, with all parties involved. Raquel has been excellent to worth with and I say this from experience as she's sold 10 properties for us so far. It hasn't been all roses and sunshine either. We had a number of issues come up that really threatened a few deals, Raquel stepped up and made it happen and got the does to go through :)

Raquel came as a suggested realtor and I am not disappointed at all! She is knowledgeable and insightful! She helped with many parts of the process and even some that she did not have to. We built our home from the ground up and she was there whenever we needed her to be.
