Rashelle is an Oregon-licensed Real Estate Broker, Digital Marketer, Content Creator, Speaker, Podcaster (host of The Realtor Who Wines Podcast), Mentor, and known as the “Realtor Who Wines”. Before joining Coldwell Bank Professional Group, Rashelle worked in luxury retail and as a digital marketer. She learned how to cultivate relationships in the retail industry by providing high-touch customer service. She takes pride in her genuine drive to help clients achieve their goals while keeping their best interests at heart. As an accomplished social media and digital marketer, she has established a reputation for her ability to connect and engage with people across various digital platforms. Rashelle is a social media enthusiast who continually seeks to stay ahead of trends and changes in the digital world.

Beyond her work with clients, Rashelle is an active leader in the real estate community. She recently served as the 2024 President of the Portland Women’s Council of Realtors and has held leadership roles with Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere, Remax, and Coldwell Banker Professional Group. She is also a proud graduate of the Oregon Realtors 2024 Leadership Academy, continuously seeking opportunities to learn, grow, and uplift others in the industry. Currently, she serves on the boards for Oregon Realtors® and Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors®. She is also the Business Development Director for Coldwell Banker Professional Group, guiding and coaching agents.
