Buying a home is already extremely stressful, add in the fact that the DMV area is one of the most competitive markets in the country and the process becomes arduous. Thankfully I had Rashida and her team by my side every single step of the way.

As a first time buyer, Rashida explained every step of the homebuying process to me and had immense patience when I asked a barrage of follow-up questions. We spent many Saturdays together looking at places; she always worked around my schedule, was easy to get in contact with, and most of all she never made me feel rushed or pressured to put in an offer. She made me feel safe in expressing what I wanted, what I needed, and what I could live without.

The COVID-19 pandemic started during my house search and Rashida stuck by me as sellers pulled out of the market. We continued to hunt and eventually we found the perfect place in a great neighborhood.
