Excellent, I have had so issues whatsoever. They are very responsive if you have any questions. They don't hassle or hound you about anything. Very upfront and honest about everything. I have been renting to own one of their properties since 2018 and they have been awesome about everything. As well as occasionally sending a text or a quick call wishing you a good holiday. I would highly recommend doing business with Mr. Brown. One of the most honest and cool dude to do business with.
